Emma is a real estate partner based in our Belfast office. She acts for a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors, including developers, investors and retailers.

Emma advises on a range of commercial real estate matters including the acquisition,development and disposal of high value assets and commercial lease transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants. In particular, she has extensive experience advising on development projects, from option agreements through to development agreements.

Emma was educated at the University of Cambridge. Emma has trained and practised in a commercial firm in Belfast since 2016. She is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland
