Emma Cascales-Labbate

Emma is an associate in our corporate team who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and complex group reorganisations.

Emma trained at the firm, having completed seats in each of the banking & finance, insolvency and construction teams.  

Prior to commencing her training contract, Emma worked as a legal assistant at the firm, specialising in academy conversions and transfers.

Emma is fluent in Spanish and Italian and is a member of the firm’s international group.
