Colette is a Principal Associate in our Data, privacy and cybersecurity team, where she specialises in privacy and data protection compliance.

With significant experience advising international organisations across the media and entertainment, technology, fashion, and retail sectors, she is a trusted adviser on complex privacy challenges, helping clients navigate an increasingly demanding regulatory environment.

Colette advises across the full range of data protection compliance matters, from conducting gap audits and building scalable privacy programmes to counselling clients on risk remediation. Her experience extends to drafting data protection agreements and policies, navigating complex international data transfers, and providing strategic privacy advice on market expansions, new product and technology launches, and privacy-by-design. She further advises on data subject rights requests and incident response.

Colette also brings specialist expertise in children’s privacy and online safety, including compliance with the Age-Appropriate Design Code and risk assessments for the processing of children’s personal data – a rapidly growing area of regulatory focus.

Her in-house secondments, at an international social media platform and an online fashion retailer, have provided valuable insight into working directly with product, engineering and commercial teams, embedding privacy into business operations, and advising on complex issues such as tracking technologies, adtech and emerging regulatory requirements.
