Charlotte has over 15 years’ experience in Real Estate dealing with acquisitions and disposals of property together with commercial landlord and tenant matters. Charlotte’s recent experience has involved a particular focus on retail leases having been the main point of contact for a large high street retailer handling their Leases, Lease re-gears, Surrenders, Agreements for Lease, Deeds of Variation and Licences to Alter. 

Charlotte has acted in connection with the sale and purchase of various commercial properties including offices, shops, industrial units and warehouses and has also acted on behalf of pension schemes and charities in relation to property acquisitions and disposals. Charlotte’s experience also extends to acting for clients in connection with the re-mortgaging of their commercial premises and providing support to the corporate teams on the Real Estate aspects of acquisitions and disposals.
