Browne Jacobson advises on refinancing deal for Magenta Storage

Browne Jacobson has advised Magenta Storage Ltd on a DRC Capital backed refinancing deal to support the long term growth of the business.

Browne Jacobson’s Mark Lewis (real estate) and James Busby (banking) advised Magenta Storage Ltd.

Headquartered in Oxfordshire Magenta Storage Limited provides secure, indoor self-storage space suitable for both business and private storage requirements with facilities in Acton (West London), Banbury, Nottingham, Oxford and St Albans.

DRC Capital is an independent investment adviser and recognised market leader focusing on the commercial real estate debt sector in Europe.

The Government has announced a change to the categorisation of “small” businesses to reduce the amount of regulatory compliance (or “red tape”) required. Currently, SMEs (those with fewer than 250 employees) are exempt from certain regulations – such as the obligation to comply with gender pay reporting.
