Graduate Visa: new immigration route launched

6 July 2021

The new Graduate Visa is now live.

The route is available to overseas students who have completed a degree at undergraduate level or above and have a visa as a Student in the UK at the time of application. The route allows a graduate to remain in the UK to work for up to 2 years. Those with a doctorate may stay for up to 3 years.

The route is unsponsored; therefore, graduates do not need a job offer or a sponsor to be eligible. This is welcomed by UK employers and UK graduates.

Further information can be found in the Home Office promotional material here.

If you are unsure if you are eligible for this route, feel free to get in touch.
