Victoria Rippon

Victoria is a chartered legal executive working in the IPR tech claims team. She deals with personal injury claims for clients, including the NHS Resolution and a variety of local authorities. Her caseload consists of employers’ liability and public liability claims. 

Victoria has been employed by Browne Jacobson since 2004 and qualified as a Fellow of CILEX in 2007. She deals with personal injury claims on behalf of defendants, acting for public bodies such as the NHS Resolution and local authorities. She has extensive experience in dealing with both fast-track and multi-track, employers’ liability and public liability claims, including highways matters.  

Prior to this, Victoria worked for the Court Service for 10 years so has extensive knowledge of how the courts work and the processes.
