Vicki is a HR Consultant with over 20 years' generalist HR experience across both the private and public sectors. Having spent 13 years working within an academy setting as an HR Manager, and supporting a large Multi Academy Trust as an HR Business Partner, Vicki brings a wealth of first-hand knowledge and deep insight into the specific challenges and demands facing schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.

Vicki's extensive in-house education experience gives her a unique and practical perspective on the pressures facing school leaders. She advises trustees and senior leadership teams within schools and academies on all HR management issues relating to both operational and strategic matters. Vicki delivers bespoke, high quality, outcome-focused advice and support to her clients on a wide range of HR issues, drawing on her breadth of experience across sectors to provide pragmatic, sector-informed solutions.

Vicki has a particular specialism in family leave, covering the full range of entitlements including maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and flexible working requests. She supports schools and trusts in navigating these matters confidently and compliantly, ensuring that leaders and managers are well-equipped to manage family leave processes fairly and in accordance with both statutory obligations and relevant school and trust policies.

Vicki has extensive experience in employee relations casework, advising on complex matters including disciplinary hearings, capability processes, grievances and absence management. Vicki provides a solutions-focused advisory service, supporting and coaching on a wide range of people management issue.
