Suki Garchay is a HR Consultant within the HR Services for Education Clients team, supporting education clients in the West Midlands region and beyond.

Suki has nearly two decades of HR expertise, with a decade dedicated specifically to the education sector, Suki has experience of people management, employee relations, operational HR, and consultancy. Her professional journey is marked by significant contributions to Local Government and the Education sector, where she has forged strong partnerships with senior leaders and management teams. In recent years, Suki has extended her expertise to collaborate with CEOs, Headteachers, and Senior Leadership Teams within Multi Academy Trusts and schools, enhancing their HR frameworks.

Suki holds a BA in Human Resource Management and is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), underscoring her commitment to HR excellence.
