Samantha is a Legal Director within the banking and finance team of Browne Jacobson, where she advises private equity and infrastructure sponsors, corporates, financial institutions and other lenders on complex cross-border transactions. Her work spans infrastructure, leveraged acquisition and a broad range of debt products and structures, including syndicated loans and private placements.

Samantha trained and practised in London with leading US firms Ropes & Gray (International) LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she built deep expertise advising sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions on sophisticated, high‑value financings.

She brings additional perspective from time spent at a boutique research firm specialising in bond and loan covenant analysis – working closely with institutional investors, legal professionals and financial advisers. She has also worked for an extended period within HSBC’s leveraged finance team.

Sam is admitted to practise in England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
