Manufacturing: complex property sale Advising the administrators of a leading manufacturer and supplier of silver brazing alloys, metal joining products and industrial silver alloys on the sale of the production site from which the company (and others) operated, involving complex environmental issues.
Automotive industry: Multiple trading administrations
Advising insolvency practitioners on multiple automotive trading administrations, which included providing advice on the continued trading of the businesses, entering into funding agreements with OEMs, negotiating continuance of trade and contracts for supply agreements and effecting sales of the businesses and assets in order to conclude a substantial return to the creditors and ongoing supply of a global supply chain.
