Priyanka is an associate specialising in defending clinical negligence claims against the NHS on behalf of NHS Resolution. With over nine years of experience, Priyanka is committed to representing and defending her client’s interests, providing comprehensive legal advice, and ensuring a fair and timely conclusion to cases.

She has experience in dealing with a variety of claims at all stages of the litigation process, including but not limited to birth injuries to the mother and baby, spinal injuries, surgical errors, amputations, and fatal claims.

Prior to joining the defendant side, Priyanka gained six years experience acting for claimants. While representing claimants, Priyanka dealt with a wide range of claims against GPs, NHS trusts, private healthcare organisations, pharmacists and opticians and also attended inquests.

Priyanka is a member of the firm’s sports and social committee, acts as a One Firm forum representative, and is involved in a working group within the department which is focussed on improving culture and environment.
