Philip is part of the Real Estate, Built Environment team advising private developers and public sector organisations on large scale development schemes and regeneration projects across the country.

Specialising in site acquisitions and assembly, via conditional contracts and options, Philip also has more than 10 years’ experience advising on complex overage arrangements.

Philip’s clients include a number of regional housebuilders and commercial/mixed use developers. In the public sector, Philip advises local authorities and government bodies on substantial residential-led development schemes, and recently has advised clients in the education sector, including multi-academy trusts and higher education organisations, on development projects, including disposals of surplus land for development.

Philip also leads on the real estate aspects of a major public sector funding programme, providing development finance to regional developers and local authorities, for house building and strategic infrastructure.

Valued by his clients for his attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects through to completion, his experience collaborating between public and private sector organisations on large scale developments set him apart and give his clients true added value.
