Owen Fear

Owen is a Senior Associate within the firms mental health and offender health clinical claims team. Owen is dedicated to assisting healthcare organisations in the investigation, management and resolution of clinical claims arising in prison and mental health settings, many of which are high profile and extremely sensitive.

An experienced medical malpractice lawyer, Owen acts on behalf of public sector organisations such as NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts as well as private providers. He advises organisations on their healthcare disputes and liabilities and he routinely deals with technically complex and high value claims arising out of the most severe injuries including brain injuries, amputations and complex fatal claims.

Owen works as a client lead for various mental health organisations for whom we handle claims on behalf of NHS Resolution.

Owen also has a strong background in birth injury claims as well as high profile public inquiries.
