Oliver Law

Oliver is an associate in the volume residential property team. The team’s work includes plot sales for private-sector developers, shared ownership plot sales for registered providers, right to buy and right to acquire disposals for local authorities and registered providers, staircasing for registered providers, and buy backs of housing stock previously sold pursuant to the right to buy for local authorities. 

Oliver joined Browne Jacobson as a newly qualified solicitors in 2018, having worked in residential property since 2013.  Since joining the team, Oliver has been involved in all facets of what the team delivers and provides a supervisory role to the legal assistants and apprentices within the team. The team has grown organically over time to meet client demand for our high quality service and Oliver works to maintain those high standards. 

Oliver also has experience dealing with commercial leases, private client matters and due diligence exercises.
