Nicola Pegg

Nicola is a Consultant in our Health and advisory litigation team. She has over twenty years of experience of Defendant clinical negligence law. Nicola has worked with NHS Resolution for twenty years and in recognition of her experience has been given “key personnel” status. Her practice includes managing complex, high value brain injury cases and a group of claims relating to a Midlands gynaecologist.

Nicola provides expert advice and resolves genuine claims promptly and fairly while adopting a robust approach when appropriate. She works closely with Claimant solicitors and runs resolution 'rooms' with a leading Claimant firm to ensure resolution of claims. Nicola manages a specialist team of lawyers in the Midlands region and is well-liked and respected by the client she supports.
