Marek Torac

Marek is a fee earner who specialises in dealing with volume transactions involving residential developments, large volume plots sales, shared ownership plot sales for registered providers, right to buy and right to acquire disposals for local authorities and registered providers, staircasing for registered providers, and buy backs of housing stock previously sold pursuant to the right to buy for local authorities. 

Marek joined Browne Jacobson shortly after completing the LPC at the University of Law in 2018. He initially worked on housing stock acquisitions for local authorities, but soon started working on residential developments for private developers and registered providers. Marek is also assisting senior fee earners with site setup work.  

Marek is passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and building positive relationships with clients.
