Lynsey Clarke is a Senior Associate based in our Manchester office, specialising in representing health bodies in inquests and Court of Protection matters.
Lynsey is an experienced advocate who approaches every matter with pragmatism and compassion, providing clear and considered advice to clients navigating complex and often sensitive healthcare issues.
Lynsey joined the firm in October 2026 from the regulatory healthcare team at another large national firm, where she advised insurers, NHS bodies, and care providers on a broad range of regulatory issues. Prior to joining.
Lynsey undertook a long-term secondment with a prison healthcare provider, where she managed complex Article 2 inquests and advised on GDPR and mental capacity issues arising in a prison setting.
Lynsey has extensive experience advising on inquests and data protection issues arising from the provision of integrated urgent care.
Before entering the law, Lynsey worked within an NHS Trust in her native Northern Ireland, giving her a first-hand understanding of the pressures and complexities facing healthcare organisations.
