Lucy Priestley

Lucy is an associate in our commercial dispute resolution team, specialising in managing and resolving complex contentious commercial matters for major domestic and international companies. Lucy has experience in a broad range of disputes including claims for breach of contract, professional negligence, misrepresentation, breach of warranty, and shareholder disputes.  

Lucy also has notable experience at resolving disputes at mediation and through other forms of alternative dispute resolution. 

Lucy’s work spans a variety of sectors, and she has experience in acting for both private and public bodies such as local authorities, education institutions, and NHS Trusts.
