Lucy is a legal assistant within the government and infrastructure team and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (MCILEX). Lucy assists with advice to both local authority and private sector clients on a range of matters including regeneration and development, public procurement and commercial contract drafting.
Lucy provides assistance to the team across the London, Nottingham and Manchester offices with a broad range of public sector advice. Primarily, Lucy assists private and public sector clients on:

Mixed-use regeneration and development schemes;

Public procurement strategy;

Drafting of procurement documents for local authorities to go out to market;

Commercial contract drafting; and

Local authority powers, rights and duties.
Lucy has been an Advanced Paralegal member of CILEX since October 2022.
