Lucy is a member of a small but dedicated team who specialise in dealing with volume transactions involving residential properties. The team’s work consists of (but not limited to) shared ownership plot sales for registered providers, right to buy and right to acquire disposals for local authorities and registered providers, staircasing for registered providers, and buy backs of housing stock previously sold.
Lucy started her legal journey in Surrey, working primarily in Private Client, drafting wills and administering estates. She returned to her hometown in 2018 and joined Browne Jacobson in 2019 within the real estate team. Lucy initially assisted her colleagues with a variety of transaction types, before turning her focus on to transactions for registered providers.
Lucy is currently studying CILeX to qualify as a CILeX Lawyer, focused on Real Estate.
