Louise is a senior associate specialising in corporate law. She regularly advises clients on domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and private equity investments across a range of industries including, but not limited to, IT, manufacturing, retail, and hospitality.
Louise was educated at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown and Queens University, Belfast.
Before commencing her training contract in 2017 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2019, Louise worked as a legal and compliance business analyst for one of the 'Big Four'. Louise is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland, and England and Wales.
In 2025 and 2026, Louise was shortlisted for 'Emerging Dealmaker of the Year' at the Insider Media NI Dealmaker Awards.

Advising the sole shareholder of NI travel company, Addeelia Consultancy Limited, on the sale of its entire share capital to Human Travel Limited.

Advising the shareholders of the largest independent electrical wholesalers in Northern Ireland, Cable and Accessories (NI) Limited, on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Finn Bidco UK Limited, one of the largest independent electrical wholesalers in Ireland.
Obarcs (Holdings) Limited
Advising the shareholders of Obarcs (Holdings) Limited (the holding company of the Rich Sauces business and brand) on the sale of its entire share capital to Solina UK Holdings Limited, a French headquartered multi-national in the food industry.
