Lincoln mainly focuses on real estate support on corporate transactions across the whole firm and has wide ranging experience throughout his career.

His experience includes:

• property development - especially in residential and care sectors,
• landlord and tenant - acting for a number of well-known institutional landlords and business tenants,
• secured lending for a number of different banks and other well-known financial institutions,
• LPA receivership real estate work for a number of well-known banks and their appointed receivers, and
• investment property work, again for a number of well-known investors and pension funds.
