Lee Baker is a Senior Associate in the specialist adult neurological injuries team, specialising in the defence of complex claims brought against NHS Trusts. Lee specialises in defending complex adult spinal cord and brain injury claims on behalf of NHS healthcare providers.

Lee is a solicitor advocate with extensive experience defending clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Trusts and individual clinicians. Lee was a late comer to Law, having previously practised as a pharmacist for 14 years. His clinical background and experience enable Lee to grasp the key clinical issues and wider elements in a claim.

Following completion of his training contract, within a Claimant clinical negligence firm, Lee transitioned to Defendant work. Lee worked in house within a medical defence organisation, before moving to national and international firms. During that time Lee gained extensive experience acting for NHS Trusts, GPs and dental practices. Lee joined Browne Jacobson in November 2025 and brings with him a collaborative and pragmatic approach to litigation.
