Laura is an associate in the planning, environment and public law team at Browne Jacobson, with a particular focus on planning and compulsory purchase law. Laura has experience in transactional, litigious and advisory matters advising on a broad range of matters for both private and public sector clients.
Laura’s experience includes advising on a range of planning agreements (including S106, S278, S38 and S104 agreements), compulsory purchase orders including town centre and estate regeneration projects, and environmental matters such as statutory nuisance issues. Laura is also experienced in litigation, advising on a range of matters such as planning appeals, public inquiries, statutory nuisance claims, and High Court challenges.
Laura joined Browne Jacobson as one of the first Solicitor Apprentices and completed her training as an apprentice studying with the University of Law and qualifying in 2025.
