Laura is a legal assistant in the planning, environment and public law team dealing with planning agreements, environmental advice and litigated matters. Laura works alongside the planning team to assist with various planning agreements working alongside local authorities, developers and registered housing providers. She assists with various environmental law instructions as well as environmental claims and statutory nuisance proceedings. Laura is well-experienced in the litigation procedure working both in the Magistrates and County Courts. Laura also worked previously in the technical claims team within Browne Jacobson for three years, assisting with motor claims, and therefore has extensive knowledge of the small claims track procedure. Laura is also a solicitor apprentice within the firm, with a dedicated study day per week, and is currently in her fourth year of her apprenticeship with the University of Law.
