Laura Finn

Laura is an Associate on the commercial litigation team. She advises clients across a wide range of industries on complex, high-value commercial disputes, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters.

Laura regularly acts in a broad range of commercial disputes for domestic and international clients before the High Court and the Commercial Court, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and IP disputes. She has experience in alternative dispute resolution, having acted in several mediations, arbitrations and adjudications.

She has particular expertise in advising on contentious IP matters, including copyright, trade mark, passing off and patent infringement disputes. She also has experience advising on non-contentious IP matters, including brand protection and IP considerations in corporate transactions.
