Koren Holbourn

Koren is a Senior Associate in the Private Client team, with over nine years' experience acting on a range of private client matters. Koren receives excellent feedback from clients and is named as a Key Lawyer in the Legal 500.

Koren specialises in advising on succession planning (including inheritance tax planning and capital gains tax planning), with a particular focus on preparing wills and trusts for clients who own land and businesses.

She regularly advises executors and deals with the administration of complex, high-value estates, including managing estates with litigious elements.

Koren also has extensive experience advising on and preparing powers of attorney, particularly for elderly clients, and acts as an attorney for clients.

Koren holds a Diploma in the Administration of Trusts and Estates and is a member of STEP. She serves on Nottinghamshire's Law Society Private Client Committee and is a guest lecturer at a leading university, teaching the next generation of lawyers on trusts, wills, and inheritance tax.
