Kevin Williams

Kevin leads our business change and delivery function, devising our delivery, change and continuous improvement strategy and managing the teams who deliver it. His remit covers programme, project, business change and LPM delivery, continuous improvement, PMO, governance and frameworks, business analysis and technical training. 

Kevin has previously held senior positions (across technology and business roles) in corporate organisations in diverse sectors (financial services, utilities, retail, and pharmacy), leading strategic programmes and delivering transformations. Adept in either technical or business disciplines, Kevin is a people-focused leader who believes in continuous improvement of self, and in people, processes, services, products, and tools. 

Kevin is also an accredited coach and member of the ICF, offering his time for pro-bono clients and local business development.
