Karen Hill

Karen is a senior associate in the retail, leisure, logistics and occupiers team. She has advised on a range of property matters, including landlord and tenant, secured lending, acquisitions and disposals, and provides corporate support. Karen is renowned for her can do attitude, providing clients with workable solutions and working to tight deadlines. 

Karen acts for a mixture of retail and leisure clients, charities, banks and small and medium-sized enterprises. She has also worked with local authorities, universities, developers and NHS authorities. 

Based in our Birmingham office, Karen works nationally across our offices, including those in Nottingham and London.
