Jordan was called to the Bar in 2022 and is an Assistant Advocate in the barristers team based in Manchester. Jordan predominantly investigates and prosecutes cases of professional misconduct on behalf of the Teaching Regulation Agency.
He also acts in various types of cases in the county court and represents schools and multi-academy trusts in preliminary hearings before the employment tribunal. In addition, Jordan is an accredited civil and commercial mediator.

Jordan has undertaken the CIPD Level 5 qualification, aiming to acquire a deeper understanding of the operational pressures facing HR personnel and the commercial context of the instructions in his employment practice,
Career progression
Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Jordan practised as a freelance advocate representing clients across a range of interim matters including enforcement applications, landlord and tenant disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings. Before that, he worked at a leading firm in Lancashire acting for liquidators in recovering commercial debts, initiating corporate insolvency proceedings, and representing clients in third-party debt order applications.
Jordan holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Law and Mandarin and European Law, respectively. Before commencing his legal studies, Jordan spent two consecutive years in Southern Africa as a humanitarian volunteer working alongside organisations like UNICEF.
