Jonathan is a partner in our real estate team specialising in development and regeneration projects nationally across the private and public sectors.

Jonathan acts on development and regeneration projects nationally, across the public and private sectors, in relation to residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes of all sizes, from small development sites to significant urban extensions. Jonathan’s work covers the entire development life-cycle, including site assembly and acquisition, de-risking, packaging and disposing of sites for development, and advising on schemes of development including JVs and complex collaboration and overage arrangements. Jonathan also deals with strategic land interests, including promotion and option agreements.

Jonathan’s cross private/public sector expertise enables him to bring a blend of that experience to bear where there is cross-sector interaction and collaboration on his transactions, and enables him to manage effectively the interests of the different stakeholders in any given transaction. Jonathan’s clients – including developers, housebuilders, and local and central government – value his outcomes-led approach and his pragmatic and commercially-focused advice.
