Jenny Dodgson

Jenny is a Senior Associate working within the Obstetric Division of the Health Advisory and Litigation Team. Jenny has 11 years of experience in clinical negligence, both on the Defendant and Claimant side. This range of experience assists Jenny in considering best tactics for progressing claims.

Prior to joining Browne Jacobson in 2022, Jenny had a background of dealing with a wide range of claims, including those relating to gynaecology, ophthalmic surgery, cauda equina syndrome, orthopaedic surgery, stillbirth, cancer treatment and psychiatric injury. At Browne Jacobson Jenny now specialises in maternal and birth injury claims. Jenny is involved in work associated with the Early Notification (EN) Scheme, which is a national programme for the early reporting of maternity incidents for babies who are born with a potential brain injury following labour.

Jenny’s sensitive nature has helped her to build strong relationships with both her clients and with Claimant solicitors. She works hard to achieve the swift and sensitive resolution of complex, high value birth and maternal injury cases.
