Holly is trainee solicitor currently in the criminal compliance and regulatory team and is due to qualify in September 2023. Holly’s collaborative approach and personable style ensures she gives clear and pragmatic advice to clients across the firm’s various sectors.
Prior to starting her training contract, Holly worked in the insurance and public risk department as a legal assistant, primarily working on investigations relating to teacher misconduct and supporting the firms in house barrister team preparing cases against teachers. Holly is therefore skilled in supporting vulnerable witnesses and manging complex, high profile and public cases.
Since starting her training contract, Holly has continued to develop her skills in litigation after completing her first seat in technical claims assisting with discrimination, employer’s liability and personal injury claims. Holly also has experience in both contentious and non-contentious work relating to construction law.
Whilst completing her training contract, Holly has been involved in assisting with publications of articles relating to the Building Safety Act 2022 which have provided clients with useful insights into the current and upcoming changes they should be aware of.
