Holly De Freyne-Shrubsole

Holly is an Associate in the Healthcare and Litigation department, based in Browne Jacobson’s Manchester office. She has over five years' experience in insurance civil litigation before joining Browne Jacobson in 2023 where she works as part of the multi-disciplinary team, dealing with a range of matters for NHS Resolution, including two high profile group actions.

Holly has a wide amount of experience in all areas of healthcare including gynaecological, cancer, orthopaedic, optical and general surgery matters. She is involved in two of the firms group actions and assists Partners on complex multi-million pound cases including obstetric and secondary victim claims.

She has a keen interest in advocacy and has undertaken some application hearings, where applicable, on her own matters. Holly has been the front runner in assisting the firm with implementing new case management systems for her client, which included delivering training across the firm and is a highly competent public speaker.

She has been involved in the FAIRE scheme as a supervisor and works hard to uphold the firm's values and culture.
