Hollie Press

Hollie is an Associate in our health advisory and litigation department, based in the Manchester office. She joined the firm in 2025 and is a key member of our specialist obstetric division. Hollie manages a caseload of maternal and birth injury clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and NHS trusts, while also supporting senior members of the obstetric division.

Hollie has experience in all areas of healthcare including maternity, gynaecological, orthopaedic, cancer, ophthalmology and general surgery matters. With extensive litigation and claims experience representing both Defendants and Claimants, she offers a well-rounded perspective of the process from all parties’ viewpoints. This unique insight enables her to anticipate challenges and opportunities, ensuring comprehensive and balanced legal strategies for our clients.

Additionally, Hollie collaborates with the learning and development team on technical training projects with the aim of boosting staff expertise and enhancing knowledge to ensure superior client service. She is also actively involved in various initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal community.
