Greg is a principal associate in Browne Jacobson’s corporate team, advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments and strategic growth matters, often with cross-border characteristics.
He combines deep technical expertise with a commercial understanding of technology-driven markets, helping clients navigate legal and business challenges in high-growth sectors including fintech, life sciences and cleantech.
Greg acts for entrepreneurial founders, venture investors and established corporates seeking transformational growth and is well versed in delivering pragmatic solutions in fast-moving transactions. Based in Belfast and working as part of Browne Jacobson’s UK and Ireland-wide corporate practice, he regularly advises on both domestic and international transactions and works closely with overseas counsel on cross-border deals.
Greg completed his undergraduate studies at Newcastle University and trained and practised for six years in London with two leading City firms. He is dual qualified in Northern Ireland and England & Wales and regularly collaborates with tax, regulatory and commercial colleagues to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary advice.
