Gemma Commons

Gemma is an Associate in the clinical negligence multi-disciplinary team. She joined the firm in November 2023 and represents NHS Trusts in a wide variety of cases.Gemma has a wealth of experience in civil litigation, having represented defendants for over five years.

She has particular experience in defending suspected fraudulent claims. Gemma has built strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and claimant and defendant solicitors alike.

Whilst using her negotiation skills to reach the best outcome for all parties, she adopts an empathetic approach to ensure that all parties are supported throughout the life of the claim.
