Enes is a Principal Associate in Browne Jacobson's private equity team, advising private equity investors, management teams, founders and corporate groups on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, investments and general corporate advisory matters.

Fluent in German and Turkish, he regularly supports UK and international clients on complex transactions, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic and commercial approach to help clients achieve successful outcomes.

Enes advises private equity funds, investors, management teams, and founder-led businesses on a broad range of corporate transactions, including investments, acquisitions, disposals and buy-and-build strategies. This experience has given him a strong understanding of the commercial objectives that drive private equity-backed transactions and the practical challenges faced by investors, management teams and business owners throughout the deal lifecycle.
