Debbie is a HR Consultant based in the Exeter office providing HR support to schools and academies. She has over 20 years’ experience in HR including working within the schools team of a local authority.

She has spent the last eight years in a consultancy role providing HR and employment law advice to a variety of sectors including education on topics including restructure, redundancy, absence, performance, discipline, grievance, TUPE, recruitment and selection as well as anything else that comes up in the day to day of people management.

Debbie prides herself on her practical, human approach. This combined with her knowledge and experience enables her to provide clients with an expert service in all areas of HR management including discipline and grievance, restructures, absence and performance.

Debbie is a Chartered member of the CIPD.
