Daljit Sambhi

Daljit is a Solicitor Apprentice in the education team, where she advises on all areas of education law. She has developed a strong focus on equalities work, particularly in defending disability discrimination claims on behalf of schools and trusts.

In addition to her education law practice, Daljit has cultivated a strong interest in data protection law. She has experience advising on Subject Access Request (SAR) rights, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and data protection claims in both the Tribunal and County Court. Daljit is committed to delivering practical, client-focused advice to schools, Trusts, and other educational bodies.

Daljit joined the firm through the FAIRE work experience programme and is dedicated to promoting social mobility within the legal profession. She is passionate about creating opportunities for aspiring lawyers from diverse backgrounds and actively supports initiatives that make the legal sector more accessible and inclusive.
