Daljit is a Solicitor Apprentice in the employment team, where she advises on all areas of employment law, with a specific focus in the healthcare sector. Daljit has previously worked in the education sector, where she gained experience in advising on equalities law, particularly in defending disability discrimination claims on behalf of Schools and Academy Trusts. Daljit uses this previous experience in her employment seat in advising on Equality Act 2010 matters.
In addition to her employment law practice, Daljit has cultivated a strong interest in data protection law. She has experience advising on Subject Access Request (SAR) rights, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and data protection claims in both the Tribunal and County Court.
Daljit joined the firm through the FAIRE work experience programme and is dedicated to promoting social mobility within the legal profession. As a Times-featured voice on social mobility, she is passionate about creating opportunities for aspiring lawyers from diverse backgrounds and actively supports initiatives that make the legal sector more accessible and inclusive.
