Claire Stripp

Claire is our Head of Talent & Knowledge and a member of our HR leadership team. Claire’s remit covers learning and development, knowledge management and talent pathways and Claire is committed to enabling everyone who is part of Browne Jacobson and shares its values to thrive, with a fulfilling career that plays to their strengths, develops their potential and flows with their life.   

A corporate lawyer by training, Claire is passionate about the law and legal practice and has always worked in law firms. Claire is a member of the O Shaped Steering Board and is proud to support Browne Jacobson to be O Shaped: Claire always aims to have an Open mindset, be Original and Optimistic and take Ownership of Opportunities.   

Claire enjoys connecting contacts and colleagues and, as the first generation of her family to go to university, is truly committed to social mobility.
