Claire is a Senior Legal Executive in our commercial litigation and dispute resolution team and has 28 years’ experience in litigation in both the chancery and commercial divisions. 

Claire also has extensive experience in defence litigation to include medical negligence, public liability and employer’s liability. She also has extensive experience in Insolvency and bankruptcy matters. 

More recently, Claire has been involved in a successful multimillion pound shareholder’s dispute, a high value land dispute, breach of contract disputes and is currently involved in a high value Chancery matter which has moved to mediation.  

Claire obtained her LLB from the University of Wales and obtained her Legal Practice Certificate from the University of Exeter Law School
