Chloe Bolton

Chloe is a clinical negligence lawyer in Browne Jacobson’s Birmingham office, working within the specialist mental health and offender health clinical claims team.

She manages her own case load of pre-action and litigated cases and also works alongside Inquest fee earners to advise on potential civil claims that may arise alongside Inquest proceedings.

Having joined Browne Jacobson LLP from NHS Resolution, Chloe has valuable in-house experience resolving clinical negligence disputes on behalf of individual clinicians, corporate organisations and NHS Trusts.

Chloe handles cases sensitively and supports factual witnesses throughout, whilst also being commercially aware and pragmatic in her approach.
