Chloe is an Associate in the adult neurological injuries team at Browne Jacobson, a specialist team within the Health, Advisory and Litigation department.

Having worked in dispute resolution for over 10 years before specialising in clinical negligence, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Chloe primarily acts on behalf of public sector organisations, including NHS Resolution and various NHS Trusts, and expertly handles a portfolio of complex and high value cases including cauda equina syndrome, strokes, spinal cord injuries and brain injuries.

Chloe often handles cases where more than one NHS trust may be involved, managing the complexities that arise in multi-Defendant cases and conducting litigation once court proceedings have been issued.

Before her current specialisation in defending adult neurological injury claims, Chloe specialised in mental health and offender healthcare including advising alongside Inquests, and also gained valuable experience in her former in-house role at NHS Resolution.
