Charlotte is a senior associate in our health advisory team based in the South West. Her practice focuses on a broad and diverse range of regulatory matters for the health sector including advice and representation at Inquests, Court of Protection work, regulatory and supervisory body investigations and Public Inquiries.

Prior to joining Browe Jacobson, Charlotte worked in the healthcare and public law team for another large national firm. Charlotte has extensive experience providing and representation to NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers at complex and high-profile inquests. This includes deaths in a clinical setting, deaths in the community and deaths in custody. Charlotte also specialises in Court of Protection work covering a range of mental capacity law issues, best interest decision, welfare application and deprivation of liberty challenges.

Charlotte also assists clients with various investigations including internal investigations, investigations involving the police, CQC, other commissioning and regulatory bodies, and Public Inquiries.
