Charlotte Hart

Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Education Employment Team and has a specialism in providing employment law advice within the Education Sector. Charlotte has a wealth of experience across the full spectrum of staff-related issues that employers within the sector face as well as supporting on the employment/HR aspects of academy conversions.  

Charlotte has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Charlotte’s experience includes advice and representation on employment tribunal claims as well as advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy restructure processes, sickness absence, safer recruitment of staff and national terms and conditions. She also supports clients with TUPE matters, trade union liaison and child safeguarding allegations against staff.

Charlotte’s sector-specific knowledge combined with her strong client relationships, enables her to provide focussed support that allows clients to achieve their strategic aims, whilst also minimising legal risk.
