Catherine is a private equity associate at Browne Jacobson, advising on the full spectrum of private equity transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, and growth capital investments.

Before joining Browne Jacobson, Catherine trained and qualified at the Northern Irish branch of a leading Irish law firm, where she gained experience in corporate law with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, acting on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions. She has since transitioned into private equity, bringing a commercially minded approach that combines her M&A grounding with private equity deal structures and dynamics.

She studied at University of Liverpool, graduating in 2023, and subsequently completed her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2025.
