Caitlin Harvey

Caitlin is a Legal Assistant in the health, advisory and litigation team in Birmingham and works with NHS Resolution and their Member NHS Trusts to resolve clinical negligence claims.

During her time working in Clinical Negligence, Caitlin has managed her own caseload while also assisting senior colleagues on complex matters, building relationships with clients, and developing both knowledge and skills in this exciting area of law.

Caitlin is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and also embraces the ‘O-shaped’ mindset in her everyday work.
