Bailey is a Paralegal Apprentice, kickstarting his legal career in our clinical negligence multi-disciplinary team, which forms part of the wider health advisory litigation department.

Bailey works alongside NHS Trusts to investigate clinical negligence claims ranging from delayed diagnosis cases to severe surgical errors. His interest in the theory of medicine enables our team to gain a wider understanding of complex medical scenarios.

With previous experience in customer service, recruitment, and real estate, Bailey knows how to communicate effectively and resolve conflict, especially in time-sensitive situations. In every case he is involved with, he strives to reach a fair outcome for both parties and ensure he makes a positive influence. He works with a variety of NHS Trusts, private medical practises, and individual healthcare professionals. Bailey is responsible for assisting and managing cases from start to finish.

Bailey joined the firm through the FAIRE and REACH programmes which he remains strongly committed to. He consciously backs the firm’s commitment to being at the forefront of society’s biggest issues, and making the legal profession more inclusive, equal, and diverse. Bailey takes pride in working towards a positive purpose in all areas.

Recognition

In 2025, Bailey was named Manchester’s Young Leader of the Year at the Youth Buzz Awards, recognised for his work with the Greater Manchester Youth Combined Authority, DCMS, and independent organisations in which he contributed towards making Manchester a city that invests in the next generation.
