Anna Saccaggi

Anna is Head of Health Instant In-House. She has over 10 years’ experience defending clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of NHS Resolution and healthcare Trusts. 

Having trained and worked after qualifying in a claimant environment, Anna has a good understanding of clinical negligence claims from both sides. During her time at Browne Jacobson Anna has had the opportunity to undertake secondments at NHS Resolution and has worked in-house at NHS Trusts, including for one as Head of Claims and Inquests. During this time Anna gained inquest experience in addition to seeing clinical negligence claims from the Trusts’ perspective.

Anna now heads up our Health Instant In-House team, liaising with NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems and independent healthcare bodies to coordinate and provide secondment resource and support and advice as an extension of their own in-house legal team on a wide range of issues.
