Amy is a trainee solicitor in the banking and finance team at Browne Jacobson. She acts for both lenders and borrowers across various types of financing transactions including real estate finance, acquisition finance and debt restructuring.
Amy joined Browne Jacobson in 2020 as a legal assistant in the banking and finance team and started her training contract in 2023.
Amy is a member of our Birmingham Community Action Committee which co-ordinates the Birmingham office’s charity and community work.
